The Jiuzhou‑Gongmei railway‑bolt robot is designed for inspection and torque tightening of steel‑rail bolts. Equipped with an intelligent detection and operation system, it modularly integrates an electric torque wrench and intelligent sensing module, supporting autonomous patrol, automatic bolt fastening, remote monitoring and data transmission. It adapts to routine railway‑track inspection, loose‑bolt maintenance and night‑time maintenance‑window assignments. The device helps the intelligent upgrading of railway‑infrastructure maintenance and safeguards railway‑transport safety.

Both devices are centrally scheduled by the self‑developed Jiuzhang Intelligent‑Control Platform. The platform enables unified command and coordinated operation over multiple categories of embodied‑intelligent hardware including robot‑dogs, industrial robots and unmanned aerial vehicles. It has previously been shortlisted for Sichuan‑Province smart‑enterprise innovation cases and won the provincial 2025 software‑industry award as a typical case for multi‑scenario multi‑task coordinated embodied‑intelligence application.
